Forthcoming performances:

June 29th Union Chapel, London.

The concert will feature the first performance of music from Max's forthcoming releases.

"24 postcards in full colour" will be released by FatCat on 16th June 2008 in digital download format - with an accompanying vinyl release. The project is not an "album" in the traditional sense, but an experimental collection of miniatures exploring the ringtone format as a vehicle for music performance.

"memoryhouse" will be re-released in August 2008 (including a limited edition of vinyl).

Max's recently completed film scores include "Waltz with Bashir", Ari Folman's animated feature doc about the first Lebanon war, "Penelope" for Director Ben Ferris, and "Hope" by Stanislaw Mucha.

Forthcoming films using Max's music include "In God's Name" from the Naudet Brothers, makers of the landmark "9/11", as well as "Elegy" from Isabelle Coixet. Max's score for "Henry May Long" has won the silver Jury Prize at The Park City Music In Film Festival.

"Stranger than Fiction", which features Max' music, is now available on DVD.

Forthcoming collaborations include the large scale installation "One step forward, One step back" with Dreamthinkspeak for Liverpool '08, European Capital of Culture.

Other recent projects include music for "Brilliant Noise" a visionary portrait of the sun made by SemiConductor, using radio astronomy images courtesy of NASA.

A DVD interview with Max, recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studio 2, is now available from Contemporary Music Production.
